Vicki was very pro-active and helped us navigate through the technical and practical aspects of preparing our house for sale, and then going through the process. When an emergency arose, she was our on-the-site coordinator for all the work needed to be completed. Throughout the process, she remained the consummate professional. First I cannot say enough great things about Vicki Clark. I chose Vicki because she had recently sold a house on the street I lived on. I travel a lot and needed someone that knew that area and provide me with competent contractors to prepare my house for listing. Originally, we started contact with Vicki as a referral from a friend. She lived up to every expectation. Vicki was there for us from beginning to end. We never felt silly asking questions and reaching out to her any day, any time. Vicki was even there for estimates on improvements we needed to make to the house we were selling. Vicki Clark is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. She is honest and work long hours. I can call Vicki early morning or late at night and my calls are returned promptly. In addition, she provided me with information on other real estate professionals, such as lender, appraiser. Information on HOA's, insurances and contractors. We had a bad experience with a previous real estate agent before Vicki. We had our home on the market for over 2 months and barely had any viewings and no offers. Within 3 days of Vicki listing our home we received an offer at a higher price than we originally listed the home at, and went to closing within 45 days. Wow! This women is an angel of the properties! If I could give her the universe I would, but only 5 stars are allowed. Vicki represented my fiancé and I (young couple with young children) and we hit it off with her immediately! She was professional yet down to earth, and so knowledgeable. We thaught we were dead set on a home, and had a few other homes we wanted to look at. Vicki suggested another home and it was the one we just purchased. She listened to both of our needs and came up with a solution. As far as the whole loan process she was holding our hand the entire way, was always available, and fought for us to get in when we wanted. I will only always refer Vicki, as this woman is beyond imaginable with her expertise In this field. I cannot express my gratitude of love for her. Her pup Kaci is also wonderful, lovely greeting comittee when you step into her office. Just shows she has a personable touch.
