Wow! This women is an angel of the properties! If I could give her the universe I would, but only 5 stars are allowed. Vicki represented my fiancé and I (young couple with young children) and we hit it off with her immediately! She was professional yet down to earth, and so knowledgeable. We thaught we were dead set on a home, and had a few other homes we wanted to look at. Vicki suggested another home and it was the one we just purchased. She listened to both of our needs and came up with a solution. As far as the whole loan process she was holding our hand the entire way, was always available, and fought for us to get in when we wanted. I will only always refer Vicki, as this woman is beyond imaginable with her expertise In this field. I cannot express my gratitude of love for her. Her pup Kaci is also wonderful, lovely greeting comittee when you step into her office. Just shows she has a personable touch.

My fiance and I met Vicki when we toured a house where she was representing the seller. We hit it off with her right away, and since we were in need of an agent, we decided to go with her. From the get-go, she promised she would try her hardest to find us our house, and she certainly delivered on that promise. Vicki is knowledgable, accessible and extremely trustworthy. Throughout this whole process, we relied heavily on her advice and expertise. As I write this, our house is filled with relatives and we are about to sit down to a big meal together. Vicki did not help us buy a house -- she helped us buy a home.

We've moved several times over the last eight years and have been fortunate enough to always have excellent agents. Vicki stood out among her peers. She is by far the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and relentless agent we've ever had. She treated us like family. She is honest and upfront. She will use all the tools are her disposal to find you a home or sell your home. In our case she did both and did so within six weeks. Give her the reigns and focus on other things. She is more than capable. There are so many decisions when purchasing a home the easiest one is letting Vicki work for you. Thank you Vicki for everything.

We were looking for our perfect little getaway in the mountains of WVA... Vicki made many appointments to different houses for us to see. We were coming from out of town so our options were limited. Vicki always made the time to accomadate us. Vicki is an excellent agent. Very responsive and always communicating. She is very knowledgable Of the home buying/selling industry. She works FOR you and WITH you!! We highly recommend her.

Vicki represented my parents, both in their 80's, in the sale of their home. She was very professional while acknowledging how personal the sale of one's home can be. She was quick to access our needs, and excellent at working with different individuals of different ages and different knowledge of the selling process, as neither my parents nor I had sold any property in over 20 years. She taylored her work to the individual with whom she was dealing. Vicki was an excellent resource for all information about the moving process. Her advice was spot on with the following; staging the home, marketing, finding a moving company, taxes, utilities, the settlement process. The home sold in less than three weeks and settlement went smoothly.

Vicki went above and beyond to help up sell our house. Guiding us through the process and helping us get the most out our sale as possible.
